Where to Eat in Marbella: Our Own List

These are the places we go ourselves. Beach restaurants with sunbeds, a sunset bar worth the detour, and three tapas bars in the Old Town where the bill still surprises people. Most are a short drive from the villa.

Trocadero Petit Playa

Our favourite of the Trocaderos. Lunch or dinner under a large Bedouin tent, sunbeds available, close to the Marbella Club Hotel.


La Milla

Salduna

Relaxed, good for lunch or dinner, sunbeds available. Between San Pedro and Estepona: Avenida de la Playa S/N, Urbanización Benamara Dos Hermanas, Estepona.

Laguna

Laguna is a beachfront resort located in Estepona, featuring five restaurants and a beach club. It boasts a very stylish atmosphere. The resort includes the Sublim beach club, perfect for unwinding by the pool or seaside. One of the restaurants offers a dedicated kids club. Additionally, you can enjoy one of the Costa del Sol's top Sushi restaurants, Kai, at this location.

Sylt

Low-key, on the best beach in Marbella, set back among the sand dunes. Good food, no fuss.

El Ancla

Beachfront, known for fresh seafood. Go for dinner — the views are the point. Avda. de Carmen Sevilla, Urbanización Linda Vista Playa, San Pedro de Alcántara.

Cappucchino  & Tahini

Try the Cappucchino beach front bar in the Gran Melia Don Pepe Hotel (by the beach) for sunset drinks and the Tahini restaurant (Japanese) just above for an excellent dinner with a beautiful view.
